"For me, yoga encompasses my health and wellness practices. I apply its principles across all areas of my life."

"While I might not chant regularly, I appreciate its benefits and participate when appropriate."

"My wife can meditate for hours, whereas I prefer a mix of activities, like walking mindfully."

"Throughout the day, I focus on my breath, grounding myself, and recognizing patterns that trigger anxiety."

"This mindfulness practice keeps me centered and responsive rather than reactive."

"To me, yoga is the union of mind and body, achieved through breathing and meditation."

"Movements provide a focal point for meditation, making it easier for some to concentrate while in motion."

"Traditional yoga students might see it as a contemplation of divine creation, akin to theoretical physicists exploring the universe’s mechanics."

"While my understanding of physics is limited, it connects me to a sense of divine creation."

"Ultimately, yoga helps me relax my mind, become a better person, feel happier, and contribute productively to society."

"This is my practical application of yoga, focusing on the present moment and the breath to foster a balanced and fulfilling life."

"The ultimate diet begins with the breath."

"Active breathing brings in oxygen, which is the primary element that fuels the cells of the body, giving them the spark of life."

"The next source of energy comes from the nutrients we consume, and all the different chemical processes in the body rely on either breathing or the consumption of water and food."

"This is the first lesson of diet."

"When our thoughts are in a negative space and we feel anxious, we often force unhealthy substances into our bodies."

"The mind controls the body in mysterious and profound ways."

"This connection is not debatable; ancient philosophies align with modern science in recognizing the mind's influence over the body."

"Your feelings are either nourishing or toxic to the physical body."

"Negative experiences in the body affect how we feel and think."

"The body and mind are completely connected, and the only way to separate them is in death."

"Thus, the terms 'body' and 'mind' should be combined into 'body-mind,' reflecting their inseparable nature."

"The mind, or consciousness, is actually the brain, all the organs, the entire body, and all the memories and experiences contained within."

"If you are tethered to your anxiety, you will find it impossible to reach the highest levels of thinking."

"Our suffering is linked to the simple sources and triggers of our anxious feelings, which repeat and create new forms of anxiety."

"We need to let our higher consciousness regulate the flow of thoughts through our mind."

"This is essential for understanding nutrition."

"Poor diet often starts with a lack of education and access to healthy, pure foods—issues that can be addressed through societal changes."

"Emotional circumstances often cause people to deviate from a healthy diet, yet these issues are rarely discussed openly."

"Addiction is prevalent in every society, indicating widespread anxiety, discomfort, and fear."

"The nature of our complex societies often leads to a lack of compassion, desensitizing us to empathy and steering us toward poor dietary choices."

"Aligning with a healthy diet fosters peace, non-harm, and nonviolence."

"Those who rely on violence will experience it in return due to the laws of cause and effect."

"Our anxieties stem from violence, a lack of empathy, and the insufficient care of our children."

"Many of us experience trauma, neglect, and anxiety repeatedly throughout childhood, creating negative patterns in our minds."

"Addiction often originates from early anxiety, whether triggered by events, a sense of helplessness, or a lack of coping mechanisms, which is a form of neglect."

"Anxiety can also relate to post-traumatic stress disorder, as we emulate the behavior of those around us."

"There is no immediate plan for weight loss except to stop overeating, eating impure foods, and become active."

"You will have to endure hunger and the anxieties that arise when you can’t use food to suppress feelings."

"Enjoying the rituals of cooking, smelling, and tasting food is natural and appropriate, but we must also learn to let go and maintain peace."

"The Ultimate Diet and the Connection to Consciousness."

"Breath as the Foundation of Diet: Oxygen's Role: Oxygen, brought in through active breathing, is the primary element that fuels the cells of the body. It provides the essential spark of life."

"Nutrients and Processes: Beyond oxygen, energy comes from the nutrients we consume. These nutrients support the various chemical processes in the body, all of which rely on breathing, water, and food to function."

"Mind-Body Connection: Influence of Thoughts: Our thoughts have a profound impact on our physical state. Negative thoughts and anxiety can lead to harmful behaviors and affect our overall health."

"Ancient Wisdom and Modern Science: Ancient philosophies and modern science both recognize the interconnectedness of the mind and body. The body and mind are not separate entities; they are intertwined and function as a single unit."

"Emotional and Physical Health: Impact of Feelings: Our feelings can be either nourishing or toxic to our physical body. Negative emotions can trigger physical symptoms and affect mental well-being."

"Anxiety and Suffering: Anxiety can hinder our ability to reach higher states of thinking. It can create a cycle of negative thoughts and feelings, impacting both mental and physical health."

"Nutrition and Emotional Circumstances: Education and Access: Poor diet often stems from a lack of education and access to healthy foods. Societies can change this by providing education and ensuring access to nutritious foods."

If a person is surprised when they hear the word enlightenment it’s probably really intelligent.

If you’re reading about enlightenment or someone’s talking about it, ask them to give you the specific ideas of what it is. They think that word actually means.

I define it differently than perhaps some classic text might describe it, here’s what I think.

When a person has a mystical experience, something that’s unknown and euphoric, experiencing it with their physical body and their mind brings right back down to an organic natural worldly experience that can be explained by science.

We might not have the science in the present moment, but we will someday to explain all phenomena.

A new set of questions will be created as it always does in the world of exploration.

Enlightenment does not put a period on a person's self-development.

When a person realizes the truth, it would be foolish to think that it was the final truth, and there weren’t more to be learned.

I don’t believe that enlightenment means that a person just merges their mind and their ego into the collective.

I don’t believe that enlightenment is attainable by more than a handful of people throughout all of humanity over centuries.

I look at enlightenment as a state of existence or state of consciousness that is infinitely more open than the state of consciousness when feeling anxiety, which is nearly always.

I think of enlightenment as the ability to connect with one’s breath, and all at once be in the present moment.

There might not even be a standard emotion like happiness or joy associated with it.

Maybe in the early stages of development a person can be present in the moment and feel gratitude, compassion, forgiveness.

I think those are earlier experiences in enlightenment.

I think enlightenment is free from placing any type of judgment, sensation, or feeling pumping through the body.

Enlightenment has to be fleeting because there’s only so long we can do that without having an experience that creates a sensation that creates a feeling that interrupts that, even if it’s mildly.

Even if I can hold it for quite a long time, at some moment, my back will start to hurt from sitting in being enlightened or I’ll have to pee or I’ll feel hunger pain, my daughter might call.

Enlightenment is the highest level or state of mind or feeling that we can experience, and it must be fleeting and it must happen that we fall down on the ladder.

But coming down one ladder away from enlightenment is still pretty amazing.

If we walk the walk. If we can physically experience empathy and compassion, and then show it to others.

The sooner we surrender to a life of being of service to other creatures in order of importance starting with our family and our friends, extending out to our neighbors, our societies, our countries, and the world, the more and the quicker we surrender to that concept, the more we will liberate ourselves.

You might not get everything that you think you want, but that’s a tall order.

How about just focusing on the things that you need.

If you have everything that you need and you cannot find happiness, you will not find happiness getting everything that you want because that is how you train yourself.

We could condition ourselves to be happy with what is happening right now.

"I can’t explain in written words what I could say standing next to you looking at your face."

"When I’m looking into your eyes, I’m not distracted by my own mind."

"I can’t just look in the mirror and talk about my philosophies, so I just have to tell people and write a lot."

"The main purpose of my writing is to create my own inner dialogue and to help myself work out the math equations that pop up in my mind."

"But I only allow myself to do that for a very limited time."

"The rest of the day I have to just really be in action and breathing and collecting data."

"I have to do my exercises and my drills because it’s really easy for me to fall backwards and find myself more excitable."

"I’m triggered into anxiety, and I begin to act anxious, even though it may appear normal on the outside for people."

"I’m really anxious, and it’s really about all the standard things that we’re anxious about in life."

"They build up and accumulate and create a vibration of anxiety that makes my breathing shallow."

"Don’t have pity on me for admitting to feelings of anxiety; in fact, the opposite—you should admire me for being aware of this."

"I’ve discovered the obvious deep-rooted problem in the psyche of human beings, which is that we are extremely anxious creatures that do not have enough mechanisms to relax."

"The evidence that one needs to discover this is just to look at everyday average people around the world."

"Do your own study. Get to know 100 people and decide for yourself if most of the people you meet are in a joyous state of mind."

"Oftentimes when I even use the word 'joyous,' I know that I trigger people to say, 'What is this guy, some kind of kook? What type of granola stuff is he gonna tell us?'"

"It’s gonna be a lot of the standard stuff that you hear right now on the airwaves, agreed, because we’re all influenced in every way by all of the imagery that we pick up."

"What is going on here? Well, the first thing is, we have to teach ourselves a lot of stuff."

"From the moment we’re born, we start learning. We start memorizing. We start putting words onto things."

"We start memorizing our preferences. We start memorizing things that are repulsive to us."

"We start to develop our little personalities. We develop our little tiny defense mechanisms. We develop a sense of self. We develop a sense of our bodies."

"There’s all kinds of things that we develop that take a lifetime."

"The older we get, the more life becomes less about developing the physical body and more about the physical mind because the physical body at a certain point begins to contract with time."

"And so with the contraction of the physical body, naturally the expansion of the physical mind is possible. This is the law of equal and opposite relationships."

"Philosophy has to be practical in 2024. The cost of calories is really, really expensive."

"The average person has to work themselves to death to be able to afford to have shelter and food and education and medicine and etc."

"So our practices to stay mentally and physically fit have to expend as little amount of calories and be maximally effective."

"This is what modern man needs."

"With the proliferation of pollution in the environment, pollution in the waterways, with the amount of stress that we have naturally and unnaturally, with the disconnect that we have from wild nature of all kinds, living confined in architecture and obscuring the sun from making contact with our skin."

"These are all incredibly basic, essential things that organisms need to live. Not all of them. Some need totally different things."

"But humans and mammals and aquatic animals—we have very, very similar needs."

"One critical need that every living creature has is a need to be free and safe from being eaten by another creature."

"Creature was designed by process of evolution and the laws of nature to develop survival mechanisms."

"Some animals shoot poison out of their mouth. Some have enormous teeth that can rip flesh in an instant."

"Human beings without weapons or tools are not very ferocious creatures, unless they’re outclassing an animal, unless they have a lot of dangerous animals letting a few hundred people die to figure out how to kill that animal."

"You would say, man or woman in their physical without any weapons or cooperation from another human being is defenseless by the vast majority of creatures, big and small."

"In compensation for our vulnerability, nature gave us the capacity to be vicious."

"It gave us the capacity to really get into killing something that is a threat to us."

"It also gave us an intelligent brain so that if circumstances changed, an entire generation does not have to be wiped out and then a better generation appears that is adaptable to that new circumstance."

"We, with our intelligent brains, can find the solution to our problems right now because we’re able to think."

"So we got the thinking device and body. We got intelligence and we got free will and we were broken from critical instinct."

"We could make choices. We could decide which direction to go. We could decide not to eat. We could decide to meet with the wrong person."

"We could mistreat our children or offspring, the next generation."

"We could make the mistake of throwing garbage all over the planet."

"We could make the mistake, for vanity purposes, of using resources that pollute our planet and create suffering on the back."

"Because we’re smart enough to not do that. The next stage of our evolution is to be smart enough to not do that."

"It’s to wake up the collective consciousness of humanity."

"Compassionate means that more and more people wake up their minds and say it’s probably really smart for us to follow the natural laws rather than only man-made laws."

"In the natural laws, we would have the wisdom to recognize every form of life on this planet to be a beautiful anomaly in this massive universe that seems so far to be buried."

"Life is sacred. And it seems as though human beings have the intelligence to show tremendous compassion to a wide range of creatures."

"To let them be free, to let them be themselves, and to not take pride in killing them, to not even have the need to kill them for food."

"It’s proven that man can be a plant creature. We’ve proven that. We also have a pretty good idea that too much animal protein isn’t healthy."

"We also understand that the livestock industry as a whole is incredibly inhumane to all these beautiful creatures that die to give your family sustenance to live."

"Shouldn’t we demand much more sacred treatment of the life-giving animals that we eat?"

"This should be a question that caring people should ask."

"It’s not a judgment for me if I say, well, someone who doesn’t ask that question is awake."

"What I think has no meaning in the grand scheme of things, but use your common sense and say to yourself, every hundred thousand years or so, our species has major advancement in our physical bodies and especially with our brain."

"We could say that right now we have no idea where we are on that scale of evolution, but we know that we’re quite ready for a mass change."

"A new type of human prototype is ready to emerge from collective consciousness."

"This prototype human will spend time gazing up into the night sky just a little bit of their life and contemplate what’s out there."

"That should be a moment in life to be humble about the absolute majesty of the creation of the universe."

"Even though every single thing that’s happened is explainable, as soon as we have the devices to look that far into the universe, and someone develops the math and the theories, we will discover the nature of reality for certain."

"But it won’t change the simple idea that we need to be respectful of creation."

"We don’t need to honor every human desire. Some desires are not meant to be fulfilled."

"We don’t have to spend trillions of dollars lumbering off to the moon and other planets to fix our problems."

"The science is useful, but what’s more useful is spending that money to wake up humanity all at the same time."

"Use the money to clean out the oceans faster so that we can enjoy clean oceans and we can celebrate the flowers that bloom on this earth."

"And if the climate and the cosmos are changing trajectories and energies in the universe, if the world is shifting in its magnetic pole, if any calamity is about to happen, it may be unavoidable that we all perish."

"We’re all going to pass away at some point in the future. Prepare for it by living every day."

"At some moment, we’re going to have to lean into that and accept that."

"Even if we found a way to robotize humans and make an individual ego consciousness last tens of thousands of years, we still would complain."

"By age 135 a person would get extremely agitated and bored. It would be like a never-ending movie with no story arc."
